APC using a Mod

I was wondering, I have an APC I created, but It used a mod to work properly. Does it still count, or should I go and make it entirely without mods?

Welding cameras

Dear whoever might be reading this, I have been trying to build some of the various vehicles on this page and i have encountered a small problem: when i place a camera, I can't weld it to anything. Am I missing a step? The weld tool won't even recognize the camera as a weldable object. Please help me. It's really bugging me.
