People Catcher v1.2

This is a self driving gate ring ( a teleporter ) that follows players aka Me around the map

When the People Catcher catches up and hits the player it teleports them to jail, this was made with wires, phx model pack and gate rings

here is the saved game for People catcher v1.1 ( you will need wires 20070129b, gate rings 1.2 phx models v4 and freespace06_v2-1
