Brief
The wired Holographic Emitter emits one or many dots that is positioned using 3D coordinates. It's like a 3D oscilloscope.
Instructions
The wired Holographic Emitter uses the X, Y and Z inputs (or the Vector input) to get the position of the dot you make, the active input is if the Holographic Emitter is on.
Inputs
- X: Is the where the point is going to be on the X axis.
- Y: Is the where the point is going to be on the Y axis.
- Z: Is the where the point is going to be on the Z axis.
- Vector: Is the where the point is going to be.
- Active: 0 is off and 1 is on.
- FadeRate: The higher number the less time before the dot disappear. The smallest value in multiplayer is 10, and in singleplayer it's 0.1. There is no way to make dot live forever, but FadeRate of 0.1 makes holograph to stay for pretty long time.
- Clear: Is an option to clear the current viewed dot and reset to only the current coordinates.
Outputs
Variables
- Show Beam: Whether or not the beam leading up to the holographic dot is visible or not.
- Point size: The size of the dot the emitter makes.
- Color: The color of the dot.
Useful hints
- 0,0,0 is actually 64 units above the emitter and not in the center.
- Multiple holographic emitters can be synchronized to a single point by using a Wired Holographic Grid.
