Brief
The CD Ray is used to read and write data (bytes) onto a CD

Inputs
Read (0/1) - Put the CD Ray into "Read" mode; Write (0/1) - Put the CD Ray into "Write" mode; Data (byte) - Writes "Data" while in "Write" mode

Useful hints
- Use the "hispeed protocol" to read and write to the CD Ray. To do this, you need an I/O Link between CPU (or E2) and the CD Ray.
- Set the weight of the CD lock to 1000 (or higher) to help prevent the CD lock from spazzing out
- Use a wired motor to the CD lock with friction of 3 or higher (also depending on the motors' torque)
