Thanks for the help you are giving.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the help. I learn a lot off what you say in the forums and you help by editing this too. Thanks --Daemon 01:10, 20 December 2006 (GMT Standard Time)

New Server/Shared icons

I like the look of the new icons, but the colors don't seem consistent. The icons have yellow for server and blue for client, and (from what I can tell) error/message colors in the GMod console are the opposite -- yellow for client and blue for server, and pages like Clientside_Lua have yellow client icons and blue server icons on the top menu as well. I don't know whether they're supposed to match up not though. --Mrflippy 05:31, 16 June 2009 (UTC)

The color scheme for the icons were actually developed before the error/message colors for the GMod console... I have to admit it ticked me off a lot that garry used the same but opposite colors. When I tried to change the client/server icons it broke the wiki last time so I just haven't got to fixing that yet. --TheJ89 07:32, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
I'll take a crack at reversing them. :P Though, I've gotten complaints on the current shared version, which I like the look, but it seems to cause confusion when people try to compare the sides next to eachother. --Unrealomega 09:04, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
I have made some quick updates of the old images, switching their colors around. Tell me what you think: NewerServer.png NewerClient.png
I think it looks a little odd, most likely because I'm used to the previous colors. :P --Unrealomega 09:35, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
Looking good --TheJ89 21:56, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
