Whoever uploaded this, thank you! I've been looking for this. It is a great addition to the wiki. --Kody 22:37, 16 November 2009 (UTC)
Wire Discussions
Shouldn't this be it's own category or something? --drakilor 21:57, 29 January 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
No, Use wiremod.com instead. --b4@ 00:00, 25 April 2007 (GMT-5)
Feature Requests
I request support for the Advanced Copygun so that you can save your contraptions. Will make everything about this so much easier --Ace13 20:56, 29 January 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
Try using the advanced duplicator it comes with wiremod and works more effectively that the adv copy gun.Tomb332 22:30, 19 May 2007 (GMT-5)
Restructure?
I plan to restructure the pages, (category, all the tutorials on one page like the other tutorials, etc). Any opinions?--Itsbth 11:13, 31 January 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
I made this into a category in the contraptions section for now...Move it around when you need to + get a better icon for it :p --Gilly 54 14:22, 1 February 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
Re: a better icon, people have submitted several in the official thread here. I'm not sure how everyone will decide on one but a few would probably work for the current wire icon on these pages. --Acreech 18:43, 8 February 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
I think we'll wait for someone in the thread to decide then use it here--Gilly 54 10:24, 9 February 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
Changes I'm planning/making: Wired contraptions page, instead of one pager per contraption, Template:Wire Contraptions, Template:Wire Stub, all the servers on one page (Template:Wire Server?) --Itsbth 14:13, 26 February 2007 (EST)
I request Wire_Balloons (allowing lift to be remotely altered, simulating them being inflated or something), Wire_Welder (could build machines which construct things themselves!) and perhaps somekind of enhanced camera controllable via Wire. --andy1976uk 13:24, 1 March 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
Wire welder exists (nailer). This isn't really the best place for requests, as i doubt many people read this. --Itsbth 15:11, 4 March 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
You would want to post on the wiremod.com forum. --Nophysicalbody 11:03, 10 April 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
Tutorials
I think that it would look neater for the tutorials if everyone follows the Contraption guidlines here : http://www.garrysmod.com/wiki/?title=Contraption_guidelines --Gilly 54 14:56, 1 February 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
Improvements!!!
Hello Wire fellows. There is a template called 'Wire tool', I suggest that we use the template instead of the plain text article
Just copy paste this into the tool page and add all the needed info template:Wire tool. --b4@ 19:00, 4 February 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
Someone should apply this to all tools over here sometime.--Gilly 54 15:24, 4 February 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
I'm working on it Gilly. --b4@ 19:00, 4 February 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
All the component pages that currently exist should now be using the template. --Acreech 18:44, 8 February 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
Breaking Links
When you are reorganising or changing the name of links on the front page, you are breaking the link. I fixed them up but next time, say if a link read Wire Tool and someone changed it to Wiring Tool. You break the link, to change the text without breaking the link Wiring Tool where the first is the link and the second is the text to be displayed as the link. So stop breaking the links please.--Gilly 54 09:44, 8 February 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
Oh man, can't believe I did that. Stupid mistake, sorry. --Acreech 22:12, 8 February 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
Could documentation be added for the Wire Axis STool?
Server pages
Someone has made an note saying "Please do not create a page for each server."
Why, each server could have a "personal" page, where the admins can write about which addons and other stuff there is the server. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Henrikb4 (talk • contribs) 11:53, 17 March, 2007. Sign your posts!
- Because there is no need need to make a new page with two lines of text. --Itsbth 21:51, 17 March 2007 (GMT Standard Time)
- Since we're about servers - I've placed all the server names with their corresponding IP addresses into a nice table. Alkaline 16:01, 15 November 2007 (GMT+1)
What about the chips?
I noticed there is no sorts of in depth explanation for the individual chips, memory, and such. I know its not the most exciting thing, but its hard for most people to understand. --Marqmike2 02:20, 3 April 2007 (GMT Daylight Time)
I'm working on it --b4@ 19:00, 13 April 2007 (GMT-5)

- Applause* very good! I would love that because I'm not very good at WireMod myself. I'll at least try to help. Awesomeness 19:24, 22 February 2009 (GMT-6)
