Wiremod Tool

Function:	A tool for adding an option of two specific numbers into a Wired contraption.
Primary fire:	Spawns a Wired Dual Input.
Secondary fire:
Reload:	No action
Notes:	Will introduce the number you set for that specific state (on or off) into the circuit.

Can be used to toggle between three different values, according to an assigned numpad key press.

A dual input in-game.

Value 1 on.
Value 2 on.
Value off.
Toggle: Sets it so that the numpad presses will switch between the two set values. Otherwise it will switch to the Off value only while no numpad key is pressed.
