I'm assuming dlta means 'delta', it would be an integer, how many clicks the mousewheel has moved... --Accenture 23:08, 2 June 2007 (GMT-5)

• TODO (TheJ89): When does this get called? When the mouse is hovering over it? When it's activated by being the focused control?
