I never said that we will or should change it! (WHO AM I TO DO SO?) This is only an alternative to the original logo, because honestly I am not a big fan of ther one. I just made a more (this century) LOGO. You don't have to use it, if you don't like it. (and i won't mind if you report this for deletion)
- Ok, I was just asking why you made it. Maybe re-make it with more features of the original logo, like maybe the moon orbiting the earth with the blue overlay. I like the design, but I'm not sure what it's for is all.SorryForN00B 22:48, 24 August 2010 (UTC)
Template Work
I just wanted to commend you for doing a great job on updating and reformatting some of the templates around here. Of course I also came with suggestions:
- Use bold colors and use color contrast and symmetry to denote special items on a page. I mentioned that in the article template talk page, and I think it would be one way to give the wiki a style while maintaining a standard.
- I looked at The Wikipedia Navbox template but it had many items not relevant or present in our wiki. If you have experience with porting/creating templates, maybe you could add/port navbox (and navbox with columns and navbox with subgroups). I think navboxes are probably one of the biggest templates Garry's Mod Wiki is missing out on currently.
Still, bravo on your work, and I hope you see fit to update more templates in the future. KnowledgeJunkie 05:57, 25 August 2010 (UTC)
