Json included with GMod?

It says on this page that it is included with GMod, but I believe it isn't, am I right or is it somewhere hidden in the GFC and not on overv/foszor's online files?
I'm just putting this here to get a proper wiki contributor to fix this error without fucking up the formatting on this page(which is ugly as hell IMO) --TJjokerR 22:44, 5 February 2011 (GMT)

I know, but for that you have to have it in your modules/ folder, which I dont think it is in by default, seeing how it's neither in the GCF nor on Foszor or Overv's online files. --TJjokerR 10:00, 6 February 2011 (GMT)
