Function:	A tool for adding a specific number into a Wired contraption.
Primary fire:	Spawns a Wired Input.
Secondary fire:
Reload:	No action
Notes:	Will introduce the number you set for that specific state (on or off) into the circuit.

Brief

Can be used either toggle or non-toggle to output one of two values, according to an assigned numpad key press.

• Toggle: Sets it so that the numpad press will switch between the two set values. Otherwise it will switch to the On value only while the numpad key is pressed.
