I've had this problem with my router but I figured out what the problem is:
You need to open ports 27015 ''and'' 27020.
I think port 27020 has something to do with steam itself

== Bzip2 section ==

revision 21950 by F1r3starter stated that the bz2 files need to be on the gameserver as well as the downloadURL.
From my experience this is untrue, but i could be wrong...
Does anyone else know whether you do or not?
I'm pretty sure you don't, but just making sure.

on the very first part i have no "Run cmd" I thought it might be on command prompt but there is only one line.
:On most Windows systems [Windows Key] + R is a shortcut to run.

I added a notice to the Linux section notifying people about the intent to create binaries + the beta link, but someone else will need to update it when they go official.
