Water Vehicles

Water vehicles are contraptions that work exclusivly on water (only touching land if thrown out of the water or beached). Wooden objects, barrels and the [[Physical_Properties|Physics Properties]] tool are useful for making water vehicles.

You can add bouyancy to any prop by applying the "Paper" property with the [[Physical_Properties|Physics Properties]].  I suggest also applying a [[Keep Upright|Keep Upright]] value of between 100 and 200 to allow the boat to rock but prevent rolling.

1. Spawn some wooden pallets.
*Or anything else light.
2. Use the [[Easy_Weld|Easy Weld]] tool to weld the edges of the pallets together, forming a box.
*For added strength, [[Weld]] all of the pallets to each other, at this size it won't spazz out.
3. Spawn a bunch of blue floating barrels (use the same amount of barrels as pallets)
4. With the [[Easy_Weld|Easy Weld]] tool, weld a barrel to each of the pallets.
*The barrels are aligned in the picture, but it doesn't really matter.
5. Float your boat! Add whatever you like to it, but remember; too much and it won't float.

# Spawn one of the long crates.
# Put some wheels on then some hover balls.
# Put a thruster on the back (whatever model and power you like)
# Put one on left, and another on right, make the model cola cans with no effect
# Put a camera around the back and weld it there
# Unfreeze it all, use the hover balls on if you want, or your wheels.
# Drive it over to some water, hold your hover ball down get and wait till you touch the water.

To get it out, use hover ball up key.

1. Spawn a metal wheel.
* Doesn't matter which one, I personally use the largest, metal wheel 4.
2. Apply a Phys Prop- Wood.
* Or whatever floats.
3. Weld a camera to the front of it. 
* I prefer an RT camera to make it remotely pilotable.
4. Put one thruster on the back, power 500, and two on the sides of the camera, power 200. 
* Your preferred number pad placement may be different than mine, so I prefer not to post mine.
** Make them have no effect.
5. For extra stability, you could weld two wheels on the sides and put them on the Wood Phys Prop.

* Optional- make the wheel invisible- your enemy won't see what hit them!
* Optional- Put dynamite on the craft for a floating war machine.

Just a quick intro, this boat uses 6 blue barrels and 2 airboat seats from pheonix pack, providing amazing stability.
===Parts===
* 6 Blue Barrels
* 2 Airboat seats (pheonix model pack)
* 4 Thrusters
===Construction===
#EasyWeld the two barrels together, black top to black top. Do the same for two other barrels.
#EasyWeld the two sets of barrels side-by-side, creating a 2-by-2 barrel raft.
#Put two thrusters of 1500 power at the blue tips of two side-by-side barrels. This will proppel the boat. Use keys 8 and 5.
#Put a thruster on the side at the front-right. Set it to key 4 and 1500 power.
#Repeat step 4 for the left side, using key 6.
#Take one of the remaining barrels and easyweld it to the side, just behind the front thruster.
#Repeat on other side.
#EasyWeld one seat on top of the front-left barrel.
#Repeat with rear-right barrel.
#Freeze both seats, the un-weld them using either 'z' or reloading on them with the weld tool.
#Move each seat slightly up, about a half a foot.
#Right click with the hydraulic tool on the bottom of each seat. Set distance to 50, speed to 128, and rope width to 0. I suggest the 0 key.
#Unfreeze everything and confirm that the seats rise correctly and it floats.
===Finished!===
And there you have it, a completed barrel boat. It is very easy and quick to make. Rising seats allow you to stop at docks, like those of gm_tropicalWaters, and rise up to the dock to get off.

1. Spawn a half-ball window with metal lineing, metal tube(large), metal circle, large missile box, torpedo, turret, airboat seat.

2. Weld the half-ball to the open side of the tube. lay the body on it's side then freeze it so it doesnt roll away. Weld the large missile box to the side that will be the bottom.

3. Attach a thruster with maximum force to the tail of the torpedo, load the torpedo into the large missile box.(make thruster toggle on)

4. Turn the submarine right side up (torpedo on the direct bottom)

5. Make the airboat seat no colide with anything, ten place it in front of the window. weld it to the body when it's back is partially at the half way line.

6. Freeze the metal circle to the other open  end of the sumbarine.  turn on NO CLIP and go insde the submarine. Attach a hydrolics constraint that to the back of the seat and to the half way line of the metal circle. unfreeze the metal circle. make sure that the hydrolics opens the back enough for you to get out.(4 open, 1 close)

7. Attach 3-4 hoverballs on the left, right, and top of the submarine.(6 up, 3 down)

8. Attach a thruster to the back and center of the metal circle(forward backward thruster 8 forward, 5 backward) attach a thruster to the left side on the crack of the half-ball and metal tube on the half way line of the body (turn right thruster 9 push, 7 pull) attach another thruster on the opposite side of the last thruster (turn left thruster 7 push, 9 pull)

9. Attach a turret to the dot in the center of the half ball(. to fire)

10. Unfreeze everything, place in water, and drive!

1.Spawn a BathTub.

2.Use the Phys Gun to freeze it in the air.

3.Now spawn two blue floating barrels. 

4.Pick one of the barrels up, and align them perfectly with the boat. 

5.Do the same thing with the other one.

6.Now place them as close to the tub and then weld them to the bathtub.

7.Now get the thruster gun.

8.Set the force to 10000 and spawn one on both of the barrels.

9.Now set the force to 3000-5000 and spawn one on the right front side of the tub and barrels.

*This is for turning the vehicle.

10.Now get out the hoverballs tool.

11.Set the speed to 2-3, and set Strengh to 5-6.

12.place them on the corners of the TUB, Under the tub.

13.Then place one in the front and back bottom of the barrels.

14.Now get turret tool out.

15.Place them on the front of the barrels. Now one on the front of the tub.

*I did not give specific controls for the turrets,hoverballs, and Thrusters.

*I may have messed up a little so if it does not work when you try please alter!

# Spawn a 4x2 metal plate from PHX3.
# Change it's physical property to Wood.
# Spawn 2 blue barrels, easy weld them under the back of the plate, one to each corner.
# Using the Wheel tool, spawn 2 wheels, using metal discs, under the front of the plate, one to each corner. Set them to "4" "6"
# Spawn another 2 blue barrels and easy weld them to each wheel.
# Add one thruster to the back of each barrel, set it to "8" and "5"
# Your boat can now turn using the wheels, but control is neccarsary.
# Spawn a wheel on top the front of the metal plate, set it to "7" and "9".
# Spawn a barrel and weld it HORIZONTALLY onto the wheel.
# Spawn 2 more barrels and weld them onto the barrel at a diagnal.
# Use the Cannon tool on both barrels, set it to "0".
# Use physical properties and set EVERYTHING to something light, like wood.
You don't need to do this to the blue barrels.

 OPTIONAL

# Spawn 4 SMALL cylinder-like objects and weld them on either side of each barrel,
this way when the barrel turns, it stops at a certain point, so that it doesn't
rotate too much.



 THE RESULT

Your ship is now capable of turning, floating and moving. It has a rotatable cannon to attack enemies.
